Khadijah Bronson is the brainchild and owner of this unique concept. Where else in DC can you shop for your little diva and get her a spa treatment at the same time? This would be the place. Located at 1204 H St. NE, the Spoiled and Rottenn Kids Boutique and Spa started out as a clothing store but quickly expanded into a spa set to primp and pamper your little darlings. What a cool idea.
