Fab Vintage Find: Bill Blass @ Shrimpton Couture

I have such weird shoulders and arms. So I shy away from one shoulder dresses even though I love how it looks. But I could totally pull off this vintage Bill Blass available at another one of my fab favorite vintage shops, Shrimpton Couture. It is just high enough around the arms to hide my wobbly bits.
