I think my best shopping deal ever was a pair of Tory Burch flats that I got at the District Sample Sale a couple of years ago. They were 75% off!
A pair of James Jeans for $5 at a rummage sale! They fit like a glove and were in perfect condition. I also got a great pair of Nine West heels too!
My best shopping experience was in Las Vegas at the Forum. Even though I didn't buy too much I was in HEAVEN because of all of my favorite designers were in one place :)

I got my Rebecca Minkoff Morning After Mini bag for half price on Gilt. LOVE the bag and use it every day.
Best deal ever was a serious flirt-haggle situation with a scarf seller in Florence. 5 silk/cashmere blend pashminas and silk ties for my brother for like 20Euro. It took me about an hour of time investment, but totally worth it - I'm wearing one of those scarves right now!
